No Sound / Audio or Video is cutting in and out.
Ans: In order to view sales in real time, you will need a high speed internet connection of at least 256K or higher. If your connection is slower than 256K your broadcast of the sale may be delayed. Some high speed connections do not offer a constant internet speed. "Latency" and information buffering may be issues that cause wireless users to experience varying degrees of delay. Testing has shown delays for wireless internet connections to vary from less than 2 seconds, to as much as 15-30 seconds behind, over the course of one sale. DSL and Cable connections work the best. You can go to www.speedtest.net and perform a free internet download test.
Sound is poor / cutting out
Ans: Poor sound quality is the first sign of a slow connection on the user's computer. Check your bandwidth at http://www.speedtest.net/ A connection of 500Kbps down is desired, but speeds as low as 256Kbps down usually work fine.
I can't hear any sound!
Ans: Please make sure that you have the sound driver installed. Your computer must also have a sound card (PCI/inbuilt) installed. Do not forget to check that your speakers are plugged in and turned on!
How do I participate in an online auction?
Ans: You will need to fill in a registration form with the company that is hosting the auction. If you are approved, a user name and password will be e-mailed to you. You can then use this user name and password to log into the bidder screen and participate in the auction.
I have registered with NET AUCTIONS, and I can log in, but I cannot  participate in the auction!
Ans: If you can log in, but do not have a link to the auction, you have not yet been approved by the company that is hosting the auction. Please contact the company that is hosting the auction. NET AUCTIONS cannot
authorize bidders for a particular auction
Can I just view an auction?
Ans: you can then click the "Watch Live" link which will take you to the bidding interface. You can enter the User name and password as demo .You can then watch and hear the auction, however you cannot place any bids.
Please note that not all auctions support this. The user name and password may vary from time to time.
Lot Information
Ans: If you have specific questions about a lot which are not addressed in the item description, such as age, condition, use, etc. please contact the auction house directly. Contact information can be found by clicking on the "info" tab located within the auction listing.
Catalog Is Missing Pictures
Ans: When viewing an auction catalog it is possible that some picture(s) maybe missing. Instead, you will see a picture of a blue hammer. There are two reasons why this happens:

1. The item was not available to be photographed.
2. Some of the catalog pictures have not yet been downloaded.

we works continuously to make sure pictures are downloaded and are viewable in the auction catalog before the start of the auction if at all possible.
Previewing the Catalog
Ans: You may preview a tabular catalog with thumbnail images by clicking
on the CATALOG link located at the bottom of each auction listing. Or you may preview a text-only index of items for sale by clicking the IMAGES
